RETURN POLICY
Return and Exchange Policy:
We offer returns within 30 days of the delivery date for orders placed on slant-six.com only for Slant Six branded product purchased from the site. Returns must be unused and in original packaging and still have hang tags on the hat. To return products, please contact us at Info@slant-six.com. We will provide you a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling charges are your responsibility unless the return was a result of our error or the product was damaged or defective.
Upon our acceptance of your return, we will refund the price you paid for the product to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
If you prefer to exchange the returned product for a different product of equal or lesser value, please specify the desired product. The exchanged product will then be sent to the same address as the original shipment at your expense.
No returns will be considered or accepted for any custom product. This includes any product branded with Slant Six logos that was purchased outside of our “Branded Products Page.
Damaged or Defective Products Policy:
When your slantsix.com order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects.
It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Info@slant-six.com. Please provide the order number, an explanation of the damage or defect along with detailed photos showing the issue, your email address, and phone number. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If it is determined that there was damage caused by the shipping company, or faulty manufacturing, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will either issue a credit for future orders or refund the price you paid for the product to the original method of payment at our digression. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
